PETG

PETG bottles are mostly made by extrusion blow process, which make a parting line on the bottom.

The chemical resistance of PETG is better than PMMA, could directly load the ingredients but not good for alcohol and oil one. The common shortcomings of PETG are the bottle is not strong enough, the neck of bottle is easily break after dropping on the ground; flow marks; a high unit price due to high resin price and high loss rate while molding.

The advantages of PETG are a cheap mold price and a very clear outlooking.
